Riza is AMAZING! Riza worked her amazing magic making what could have been a complicated travel schedule so easy for us! My 16 yr old son and husband had very specific travel dates and times to Uruguay and she made it all happen! And when my son had a one flight delayed causing him to miss a connecting flight, Riza was right there with him, on the phone, taking to the customer service folks at the airport and getting him on another flight! I cannot thank her enough for jumping in to get him on another flight headed to Panama to meet up with his soccer team! For my husbands travel, Riza handled all rental car and hotel accommodations too and he had no issues! Can’t say enough wonderful things about her! My son says “thank goodness for Riza bc the airline wanted to put him in a hotel over night!” We are definitely going to use her again!

Riza worked with us to plan a 3 week family vacation to Taiwan and Japan that was tailored to our interests and filled with fun activities for our teenage sons (knife making, baseball, Taiko drumming, thrift shopping, hiking, live music and more). She invested the time upfront to understand our budget, wish lists and ideas. While we were travelling in-country, her local teams were flexible and responsive. They provided comprehensive itineraries and well-labelled tickets for us in both countries. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, knowing every detail was taken care of. On a special note, I want to share that our family has food allergies and Riza’s guides helped us navigate that at restaurants - even printing out cards we could show to vendors when we were on our own to ensure we were eating food that was safe. This was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we can’t thank Riza enough for helping us create unforgettable memories with our kids. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

We had a fantastic cruise to the Caribbean thanks to Riza! We wanted a cruise for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation from high school and Riza helped plan the perfect vacation. She secured adjoining rooms for us, guided us when picking excursions and followed up with us regularly to ensure everything was planned and going smoothly. I highly recommend her when planning any vacation. She knows her stuff and will give you white glove treatment. Truly a professional and a joy to work with.

Riza was amazing!!! So incredibly helpful the entire time! She has great communication skills and a pleasure to deal with. She helped our entire group of about 50 people get great rates and awesome rooms near each other. The resort was awesome, staff was great and it was a party I will never forget! I’ve worked with Epic Away before and am now planning our family’s summer trip to Japan with Riza. I tend to be a last-minute planner due to my kids' schedules, but this time, I’m actually a little ahead—and I’m so glad to have Riza guiding the process! I’m a bit of a control freak, but with so many choices online, making decisions can be overwhelming. From the start, Riza took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. JAPAN NOVEMBER 2024 A complete trip of a lifetime! Riza tailored a Japan trip for me and my family (2 adults and 4 teenagers ) for our first time to Japan over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had 13 memorable days covering cities in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. From the beginning months before the trip, she listened to what my interests were and suggested and guided me to what excursions would be best for the group and my budget. We had everything arranged for us by Riza, the accommodations, the transportations (including private cars and multiple trains) all of our excursions (group activities to private tours and dinners) and our wifi needs and any entry paperwork - were covered. She made a digital itinerary that was amazingly detailed and easy to follow and was shared via text, so that, my entire family had the trip info at their fingertips. This is GOLD - such a next level of trip organization (all your needs in one place, confirmation numbers, directions, cultural info to each city, train times..etc). The stress/anxiety in planning such a big trip abroad was alleviated with grace and experience by Riza. I knew we were in great hands and her opinions and advice were extremely valuable. My family will never forget this trip, our Thanksgiving where we were in Japan cooking ramen form scratch with Japanese chefs for our Thanksgiving feast. Our next vacation will be planned with Riza. I know she gets me and understands my taste level in what I want to experience and knows how to tailor that into creating the best adventures abroad. With great appreciation - Arigato!!!
